THE ERA CLUB – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to The Era Club ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our membership services and events. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from engaging with The Era Club.

The Era Club is a project by Flare, based in Paris, France.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement:
You must be at least 20 years old to apply for membership or attend events.

‍2.2 Lawful Use:
You warrant that you will use our services in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

‍3. Services Provided

3.1 Membership Tiers:
Stay in the Loop / Core Member / Inner Circle (benefits outlined separately).

‍3.2 Events:
Curated experiences including dinners, workshops, and travel. We reserve the right to modify or cancel events without prior notice.

‍4. User Obligations

4.1 Accurate Information:
Provide truthful details during application. False information may result in termination of membership.

‍4.2 Prohibited Conduct:
You must not: Violate laws or disrupt events; Bring unauthorized guests; Engage in harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior (immediate removal without refund).

‍5. Pricing & Payments

5.1 Currency:
All fees are in EUR.

‍5.2 Payment Methods:
Credit card or other specified options. Full payment is required to secure reservations.

‍5.3 Strict No-Refund Policy:
No refunds under any circumstances. Cancellations 72+ hours before an event may receive a credit for future use.

‍6. Liability & Disclaimers

6.1 Limitations:
The Era Club is not liable for: Personal injury, theft, or property damage during events; Allergic reactions (guests must notify us in advance); Actions of other members.

‍6.2 Third-Party Links:
We are not responsible for external websites linked through our platform.

‍7. Privacy & Data

7.1 Policy:
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy (linked separately). It is never sold.

‍7.2 Data Deletion:
Request removal by emailing conciergerie@theeraclub.fr.

‍8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Protection:
The Era Club’s name, logo, and content are proprietary. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

‍8.2 Event Media:
Photos/videos may be used for promotion (with credit to The Era Club).

‍9. Governing Law & Disputes

9.1 Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be resolved in Paris courts.

‍9.2 Mediation:
Mandatory mediation before legal action.

‍10. Amendments
‍We may update these Terms. Continued use = acceptance of changes.

‍11. Force
Majeure No refunds for cancellations due to weather, strikes, etc. Credits will be issued.

‍12. Entire Agreement
‍These Terms supersede all prior agreements.
‍By joining The Era Club, you agree to these Terms.
